GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING CABARET LA BONBONNIERE TICKET SALES – FEBRUARY 2024

Placing an order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “CGV”) of which he is aware either on the website of the Cabaret La Bonbonnière at the following address: https://www.cabaretlabonbonniere.com/conditionsgenerales, or, on request, at the ticketing service of Cabaret La Bonbonnière located 157 rue du Molinel, 59800 Lille / Tel. +33 (0)3 28 53 09 14 (hereinafter the “Ticket Office”).

 

ARTICLE 1 – SERVICES – PRICES

 

1.1 – Prices include dinner with drinks on the menu and the show (hereinafter the “Formula Meal” “Dinner” or “Lunch” in “Classic Formula” “Mermaid Formula” “Fantastic Formula” or “Pleasure Formula” ") except for the choice of formula on site where the price of the meal with the drinks provided on the menu are not included (hereinafter the "Meal choice of formula on site" to be chosen on site or in Show only (hereinafter the “Show only”) and are indicated in euros, all taxes included, management fees included, excluding reservation fees including rental fees, processing and shipping costs and excluding insurance costs.

 

1.2– The prices communicated by Le Cabaret La Bonbonnière vary depending on the Service, the day and the time of the Service.

 

These prices are available on the Cabaret La Bonbonnière website at the following address: https://www.cabaretlabonbonniere.com or in the brochures made available to the public at the Box Office or on request to Cabaret La Bonbonnière, 157, Rue du Molinel, 59800 LILLE

 

1.3– Any other service not included in the Service subject to the initial order will result in additional invoicing. The cost of changing rooms is free.

 

1.4– Cabaret La Bonbonnière reserves the right to request proof of identity for any person requesting the child rate.

 

1.5– La Bonbonnière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the Service being however invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the orders are recorded.

 

Promotional offers, subject to specific conditions and terms, may be offered by La Bonbonnière.

 

ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION – EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION

 

2.1 – Order / Reservation: before placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and having accepted them in their entirety.

In the event of an order on the website, this acknowledgment is made by checking the box “I acknowledge having read the General Terms and Conditions and the Confidentiality Policy, I accept them”. Still on the internet, the sale will only be firm and final after receipt of the confirmation email from Cabaret La Bonbonnière mentioning the reservation number (hereinafter “Reservation”).

Payment of the amount of the Service is immediately made by the Customer, regardless of the order method used for the Reservation.

 

2.2 - Placement: As La Bonbonnière is set up every evening, no complaints can relate to the allocation of places in the room.

 

2.3– The total number of places reserved per person cannot exceed 20 tickets per order, unless otherwise agreed.

 

2.4 – Exchange / Cancellation: in application of the conditions of article 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal. The ticket issued for the Service cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Thus, if the Customer cancels his reservation, the price paid by the Customer for the ticket will remain acquired by La Bonbonnière as compensation.

In the event of cancellation of the Service by La Bonbonnière, refund requests must be sent to the Cabaret La Bonbonnière Ticket Office or to the following email address: info&cabaretlabonbonniere.com no later than 6 months after the date on which the canceled Service was due. take place.

 

ARTICLE 3 – FORCE MAJEURE

 

3.1– A case of force majeure within the meaning of these general conditions of sale is considered to be any event, reasonably unforeseeable and insurmountable for La Bonbonnière, making it impossible or significantly more onerous to perform all or part of its contractual obligations under the Service.

The following events will be considered in particular as cases of force majeure, without this list being exhaustive: natural disasters, bad weather, fire, flood, earthquake, strike or any other social movement, power outage, embargo, sabotage, intervention by civil or military authorities, acts of war, declared or undeclared hostilities, terrorist acts or riots.

3.2– La Bonbonnière will not be considered as not respecting its obligations in the event that the execution of its obligations under the Service is hampered, prevented or delayed by a case of force majeure and its liability cannot, in this case , be engaged for any cause whatsoever.

 

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PAYMENT

 

4.1– If ordered online or by telephone, payment will be made by credit card via our online platform.

If you order from the Ticketing service, payment can be made either by credit card, in cash, or ANCV. The following bank cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard.

 

4.2– When ordering online, only one payment method is authorized per order.

 

ARTICLE 5 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA WHEN ORDERING A TICKET ONLINE

ARTICLE 6 - TICKET / ELECTRONIC TICKET

 

6.1– Each ticket, whether electronic or not, is provided with a bar code, unique data on the ticket, the presentation of which allows unique access for a single Customer to the Cabaret La Bonbonnière room for the sole service for which it was issued. Only the first presentation of the ticket will give access to the Bonbonnière room. Any subsequent presentation of the same ticket or a copy will be automatically refused when the barcode is read.

 

6.2– The Customer is responsible for the conservation and use made of his ticket.

The ticket cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction.

 

6.3– The Customer is responsible for printing the electronic ticket which must be of good quality. Any poorly printed, soiled, damaged or illegible electronic ticket will not be accepted and will be considered invalid and will not allow access to the Bonbonniere room.

 

6.4– The resale of tickets, whether electronic or not, is prohibited under the conditions of the Law of June 27, 1919 repressing the trafficking of theater tickets. Any reproduction of the ticket, whether electronic or not, is prohibited in any form whatsoever.

 

ARTICLE 7 - INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO CABARET LA BOBONNIÈRE

7.1– By purchasing a ticket, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that as part of the fight against COVID-19, health measures may be imposed on the Customer at the entrance and within Cabaret La Bonbonnière, which the Customer undertakes to respect without reservation. Any person refusing to submit to these health measures will be refused access to Cabaret La Bonbonnière, without being able to claim a refund of their ticket.

 

7.2– In order to receive you in the best conditions, the doors of Cabaret La Bonbonnière open at 7:45 p.m. for a Dinner Show or at 9:15 p.m. for the show alone from Tuesday to Saturday or on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for a lunch show or 2:45 p.m. show alone, before the start of the Show. Entrance doors will close 10 minutes before the start of the Show. People who present themselves at the entrance to Cabaret La Bonbonnière after the doors have closed may be refused. No admission will be authorized after the start of the Show and no refunds will be granted.

 

7.3– Cabaret La Bonbonnière makes every effort to offer the Customer a Service that meets their expectations. The order, arrangement or distribution of the Show remains at the discretion of Cabaret La Bonbonnière, and no complaints can be made in the event of a modification to the programming or distribution.

Interruption of the Show beyond half its duration cannot give rise to any refund or claim whatsoever.

 

7.4– Dinner and/or drinks, if included in the Service chosen by the Client, will be served before the start of the Show.

 

7.5– Minors are accepted at Cabaret La Bonbonnière, under the supervision of an adult.

Given the legal provisions aimed at the protection of minors, no alcoholic beverage may be ordered by a minor and La Bonbonnière reserves the right to request an identity document to verify the age of the person wishing to order the drink. alcohol.

 

7.6– Proper attire (no flip-flops, shorts, Bermuda shorts or sports outfits/shoes and no tank tops for men) as well as respectful behavior towards employees and artists of Cabaret La Bonbonnière are required.

La Bonbonnière reserves the right to refuse access or remove any Customer who disrupts the smooth running of the Service, without any reimbursement or compensation.

 

7.7– For security reasons, backpacks, suitcases and other bulky luggage excluding small handbags will not be accepted either in the room or in the locker room. Any person not respecting this measure will be refused entry to Cabaret La Bonbonnière.

 

7.8– Animals are not accepted in the Cabaret La Bonbonnière establishment, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs, accompanying people holding a disability card and a priority card for disabled people, in accordance with current regulations. It is specified that emotional support dogs (or any other animal) are not accepted within Cabaret La Bonbonnière.

 

7.9– It is strictly prohibited to photograph, film or record all or part of the Cabaret La Bonbonnière room and the Show. Any violation of this prohibition will be punished by confiscation of the device until the end of the service or expulsion of the Customer, without any reimbursement or compensation, and will also be liable to prosecution in court.

 

7.10– Mobile phones must be turned off during the Show.

 

7.11– It is prohibited to reproduce the texts, logos, images or any other elements appearing on the Cabaret La Bonbonnière website, on the ticket, on emails sent by Cabaret La Bonbonnière or on any other document issued by Cabaret La Bonbonnière .

 

7.12– Le Cabaret La Bonbonnière declines all responsibility for any damage relating to any objects brought by the Client which have not been deposited in the premises provided for this purpose.

 

7.13– Cabaret La Bonbonnière is an entirely non-smoking area.

 

7.14 – In the event of audiovisual recording of the Show, the Client will be informed that their image may appear there.

 

7.15- Works councils, establishment committees, communities and groups of all kinds acknowledge having been informed that e-tickets purchased directly from the organizer and transmitted electronically in PDF format and printable at home are provided with a code single bar. The validity of tickets is checked and recorded at the entrance to the festival using a barcode reader.

ARTICLE 8 - APPLICABLE LAW / MEDIATION / ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

 

8.1– These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

 

8.2– Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions applicable under the law of the Customer's country by virtue of Community Regulations or international Conventions and recourse to a mediation procedure under the conditions hereof, all disputes between the Parties, of whatever nature. they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In any event, the Parties will attempt to find an amicable solution to the dispute, prior to referral to the competent court.

 

8.3– The Customer will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the mediation procedure as provided for in this article, recourse to the help of a consumer association or any other advice Of his choice.

Please note that the dispute cannot be examined by the consumer mediator when:

a) The Customer does not justify having previously attempted to resolve his dispute directly with Cabaret La Bonbonnière by a written complaint;

b) The request is manifestly unfounded or abusive;

c) The dispute has previously been examined or is being examined by another mediator or by a court;

d) The Client submitted his request to the mediator within a period of more than one year from his written complaint to Cabaret La Bonbonnière;

e) The dispute does not fall within its scope of jurisdiction.

The Client is informed by the mediator, within three weeks of receipt of his file, of the rejection of his mediation request.

To submit his request for mediation, the Customer has a complaint form accessible on the mediator's website.

8.5– The Client and La Bonbonnière remain free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation as well as, in the event of recourse to mediation, to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
